We are very excited if you have made it thus far and want to become a PEER Servants volunteer! We hope and pray God will use you to strengthen and encourage us, while using us to strengthen and encourage you!

There are two ways to submit the application.

1. Download a Word document of the application.
2. Fill out the application within Word.
3. Save the document and email it to Volunteer at PEER Servants.

or if you do not own Microsoft Word

1. Download a PDF file of the application.
2. Print out the application and fill it out.
3. Fax the application to 270-518-2449

Please include two references of those with whom you have been involved in some form of ministry in the past. You should expect to hear from us at least twice in the application process - first, to confirm we have received your volunteer application, and second to confirm the status of your application. If we have any questions in the process, we will be in touch with you as well. The entire process should not take longer than two weeks.
