It was a major coup in PEER Servants when Mariya, born in Nigeria, announced she was going to join Team Latin America over her native Team Africa!  The recruiting wars were on!  The PEER Servants’ Program Teams enjoy a very friendly competition in trying to attract the new talent that comes into the organization!  Mariya is a software programmer and is using her programming skills and familiarity of Spanish to help our Peruvian partner assess and implement a loan administration software package.
