Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
1 Peter 4:10 (NIV)
We have a generous God who richly bestows us with spiritual gifts through His unmerited favor. Every good thing we have is given to us by God’s grace and intended to be used for His higher purpose. Isn’t it wonderful to be a child of God and to be part of His greater plan?
God commands us to love one another. We can do so by emulating God’s generosity and grace and use our spiritual gifts to serve each other, thus passing on His manifold blessings. This creates a “multiplier effect” of God’s grace which will strengthen and unify the body of Christ, bringing glory to His name.
What gifts has God given you? Take and use them as an opportunity to minister the grace of God to others. I can assure you that you will experience tremendous joy as you witness God’s blessings being passed on to others through your gift.
Jesus has seized you to be a faithful steward of God’s grace!
