Our Online Lydia Award Voting in Open!
Women from Uganda, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka, all of whom overcame huge obstacles by growing their businesses with initial micro-loans of $100 or less, and today are the means through which their families are living with sufficiency and dignity. They are our 2023 Lydia Award finalists!
Come read the inspiring stories of Kadara, Lydia, and Papitharan and then vote for your favorite as part of the Online Voting in our Annual Lydia Celebration. Online voting is open through September 30. Then plan to join us for our Virtual Lydia Celebration (Saturday, October 14, 10 am Boston time via Zoom) and/or our Lydia Celebration Banquet (Sunday, October 29, 5-8 pm Boston time at the Chinese Bible Church of Greater Boston, 149 Old Spring Street, Lexington, MA). You will be able to vote again in both events and we will announce our 2023 Lydia Award recipient at the end of the Banquet. Check back in August to RSVP for the Virtual Celebration and/or the Banquet.
We thank God for the transformation in the lives of these three women, their families, and their communities, and we thank God for you and the ways you make this possible!
