The people who work in one of Latin America’s largest dumps are called scavengers. Potter’s House treats them like Treasures. For over 25 years, Potter’s House has been extending the kingdom of heaven to the people living in or off of Guatemala City’s municipal dump. More recently they have started Vida Nueva, a microfinance program that is allowing micro-entrepreneurs to grow their businesses and provide for their families. Now Potter’s House is expanding to many of the other materially poor in Guatemala, and PEER Servants is going with them.
